Eligibility

The raffle draw is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their country of residence.
• Must have a valid Afriex account.
• Employees of Afriex and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Raffle Entry

To enter the raffle draw for regular tickets, participants must sign up on the Afriex app using the designated code [AF2023].
To enter the raffle draw for VIP tickets, participants must sign up on the Afriex app using the designated code [AF2023], complete the KYC verification process, and send money (at least $100) using the Afriex app.
Each participant will receive one entry for the raffle draw based on their eligibility and completion of the required actions mentioned above.
Successful candidates in the draws will only be entitled to one prize each in the entire raffle draw period.

Raffle Draw Period

‍The raffle draw will commence on Friday, December 1 and end on Friday, December 22.
Winners will be selected and announced every Friday during the raffle draw period. The first raffle draw will be held on Sunday, December 3, and subsequent draws will be held on Fridays, December 8 and 15 and 22nd.
Participants must download, sign up, and transact by 4 p.m. EST every Friday to be considered for the respective week's draw.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants for each week's draw.
Winners will be contacted via email or direct message on the Afriex app using the contact information provided during registration.
The ‘participant’ has the option of transferring ownership of the ticket to whomever he or she chooses, provided that prompt notice of the intended change of ownership (24 hours) is given to Afriex.
If a winner cannot be reached within [number of days] of the initial contact attempt, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Details

The prizes for the raffle draw include regular tickets and VIP tickets to the Afrofuture event.
The total number of prizes to be awarded throughout the raffle draw period is six (6) videos, with an equal distribution of regular and VIP tickets.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Ticket Redemption

Winners will receive instructions on how to redeem their tickets via email or direct message.
Winners may be required to provide additional information and complete any necessary processes as required by Afriex.
Afriex will not be responsible for any costs associated with attending the Afrofuture event, such as transportation, accommodation, or additional expenses.

Publicity

By participating in the raffle draw, winners agree to allow Afriex to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to the raffle draw and Afrofuture partnership, without any additional compensation.

General Conditions

‍Afriex reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.
Afriex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle draw or make changes to the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The decision of Afriex regarding any aspect of the raffle draw, including the selection of winners, shall be final and binding.
By participating in the raffle draw, participants indicate their acceptance and agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.
