When you enter your BVN we send a text message to the phone number that you registered your BVN with. Please note, you must have access to that number to verify your BVN.

If you enter the wrong pin three times, the app will display the message 'You have exceeded your allowed number of attempts," and it will log you out. To reset your PIN log in again to create a new pin.
